ENTRY CRITERIA ELIGIBILITY
1. The YPN 2-Minute Tips & Tricks Video Contest is open to anyone who is a NEBB CT or CP, or affliated with a NEBB Firm, between the ages of 18 – 39 and whose message is directed at, geared toward or meant for professionals in any of the NEBB disciplines. 
2. NEBB is international, so let’s hear from all over the world!
 
HOW TO ENTER
1. Beginning October 1, 2019, complete the entry form and send your Entry Form and Video
Submission to ypn@nebb.org.
2. Quarter 1 Deadline: March 1, 2020
3. All submissions must be original work by person or team responsible for creating the
video.
4. You can enter the contest as an individual or as a team of up to three (3) members.
5. All team members must be either a NEBB CP or NEBB CT in-good-standing.
 
VIDEO CRITERIA
All videos must:
1. Be a maximum of 2 minutes in length (not exceed two (2) minutes in play time).
2. Be original content.
3. Video language and execution should be clear and to the point.
4. Be submitted in one the formats that YouTube accepts. Any other formats submitted and/or
exceeding the time limit will be disqualified.
5. Types of Videos we are looking for: Check out the Idea List below!
6. All submitted videos are subject to approval and may not be accepted if they are found to
be offensive or in violation of copyright.
7. Include mention or performance of any copyrighted media production including but not
limited to music, films, books, television programming, etc., or identifying descriptions of
any media property.
8. If music is used, all music featured in any video must be available to publicize and broadcast
on a license-free, no compensation basis.
9. NEBB reserves the right to use submitted videos on the NEBB website and in other
promotions.
 
JUDGING
1. Videos will be judged on the following criteria:
2. Creativity
3. Message clarity and relevance
4. Usefulness to discipline or overall industry
5. Overall impact
6. Video does not need to be professionally produced. In fact, we prefer a more down-to-earth
style video production; however, we have a sample video for you to watch that includes all the
elements necessary for an entry.
7. Can be produced by your computer, webcam, cell phone, or other video tool necessary to get
your message across.
8. All videos will go through a review process. Judges will select one entry per quarter. Upon
receipt of the submission form, Winners will be notified by email that your entry was received.

1. ONE WINNING ENTRY PER QUARTER.
2. Winning entry will receive a $250 gift card
3. Will be featured in the NEBB Professional Magazine
4. Video posted on the YPN LinkedIn page and NEBB website.
